Description
The Apa Cel systems consists of 6 planets orbiting the G8V sun-like star Parisi (HD 199476). The main world in the system is the planet Apa Cel, a Earth-like planet with a sapient race of tripodal creatures, simply called "Tripods" by the planet's human colonists.---------------------------------------------
This system belongs to the "Arc Builder Universe".
The Arc Builder Univese is not mine, it belongs to John M. and Margo L. Dollan and is (C) by them.

does your program let you shape your own landmasses for earthlike planets, or does it generate them randomly? I'd like to see apa cel more close up :]

Celestia uses different textures created by people using GIMP or Photoshop. Every texture must be made by mixing-up different maps of Earth and/or other planets. The Apa Cel texture, by the way, was not made by me, and I dont know who really made it. I'll post a closer pic of Apa Cel just for you, but if you want the actual texture download the addon here [link]
Thanks for the comment man!

Yes it is kinda hard at first but when you get the hang of it you can create some awesome-looking planets!

Wow! Your planetary art should be featured in scientific articles! I STILL think more people should know about your art.
