It's a Homestuck reference. 413 is a number that appears a lot in HS. 4/13 is also the main character's birthday. I look a lot like the main character, so this is ironic.

My birthday is also 5/24, which, if you subtract one from each number, is 413. 5 - 1 = 4, 2 - 1 = 1, 4 - 1 = 3.
