in short i guess i was asking is there a forums or something i go to make requests where artists will draw what i ask them to if they feel like it.. or do i just make friends with people and hope they would if i asked..

That's ok. Just try not to beat around the bush when you ask things. Be more blunt about it.
Uhm.. I'm not sure. You could try the DA forums and just make a topic and be like "hey does someone feel like drawing this for me?"
You'd be surprised at the responses you get. Unfortunately doing requests just isn't worth my time any more seeing as how i have so little of it. Sooo.. you're asking the wrong person to do a request. ): Had it been a year or so ago i would've said yes.
And be nice when you ask, ok? They're more likely to say yes if you say "when you have a chance" and "please!"
