Description Because of the rabbid popularity of my previsously patterned jeans, I'd let myself take on 'commissions', of sorts, as friends had asked me if they could have some as well.
I've also given the patterning idea a title: Tribal Dingo.
So, these are the ones done for apon her request, subsequent suppling of jeans and payment for pens, along with an idea on where she wanted the patterning to go (=
So This is the front.

Design: staight off the top of my head, as all of them are.
Time to complete: roughly 6 to 7 anna half hours
Medium: graphite to mark out the area and fabric pigment markers to patternise.

Still need washing to get rid of the pencil, but for now, it's completed and sealed.

There ya go Tania. Hope you like

-ponders to self-

I always design "on" my jeans, actually wearing a pair now. Never thought of commissioning them.

great idea, love the looks of it.

Yeah, i never thought of the idea either, in fact i was rather anti-sell-out because i liked my uniqueness, up until a bunch of friends all went "Pleeeeeease!!" at me, with the puppy-dog eyes an' all kindsa things, so I caved in and had a great time, drawing funky patterns all over someone elses jeans.

I also never thought of posting them on DA, haha. Is there any better medium to use besides Sharpie Markers?

Well, I wouldn't know what 'sharpie markers' are, but I know of a good brand of fabric marker i'd found in a local Art Riot.
I'm not entirely sure if you've got them wherever you are.. o.o .. cos i'm not entirely sure of where you are..
But they're dark grey with black tip-lids, one on either end, a brush tip on one and a 0.8 nib on the other. They're really good and last for -ages-.. *poinst up* that pair up there took all of the equivilent of two pens, while my own pair, when originally using ArtLine90's, took about 5 pens o.o
Huge difference.
But yes, fabric markers are the way to go ^.^
