Thank you~ ^-^ Although it was inspired by an outfit that the commissioner owns, so not entirely off my own head.
And yeah, he's supposed to be on an airship, but there's only so much you can show with a basic background that narrow <.<
...thinking about it now, i honestly should have drawn different balloon anchor points ._.
