Description
Wakan was the old body of Licnicm who gained control of his body after Licnicm gained his original body back. . For the help his body gave to Licnicm, he descibed to give him a "thank you" gift whihc was the new cannon, powered by Licnicm energy. He works still with the Brotherhood of Ambition for nothing more then money. He wields a shield blade, a Cordak Blaster on his back and still has his old gun but his new weapon, the Nova Cannon can be set at 10 Levels of Power and to Four different shot types. He has also used the old Piraka, Vezon's mask as a helmet after finding it.
