a variation of texture would be good. some parts can be smooth while some can be grained like what you have. more attention to details even on the thumbnails and try more interesting yet sleek fonts.

Design is good, but I think, that colors are too same. You should try not the same colors and a little bit more. For example where the menu is, you could use lighter color for the font, and it wouldn`t seem like whole web design is from one color. But generally, web design is clean

Yeah, and maybe for a content a little bit lighter font color should be used, because now it`s a little bit hard to read because of colors similarities
