The Pampered Peacock (known affectionately by the locals as the PamPea) (name thought up by ~owlion and nickname by *ashley-lee

A high-end fashion shop run by Tidesong (with clothes of his own design because secretly he's a total girl at heart) in Aspik City, which acts as a front for his super-secret badass poison market.
His shop also provides costumes for the Adore Opera and Theater.

It will probably be open only at night unless someone decides they want to be a salesperson/whatever during the daytime (seeing as how Tide is a bird by day, he can't really run a shop :I )

There's no reception desk or anything - to get service you ring a little bell with a teeny hammer and Viola! Tide himself will most likely appear.
It's a mix of messy and elegant inside - drapes of cloth all over the place, random shoes and hats lying around, awesome dresses (and sometimes, rarely, men's clothing) on mannequins.

While the building itself is pretty and memorable enough, the real "trademark" of the place is the doves that constantly surround it. There's always at least one somewhere on or in the building (this is a result of Tide's sneezing-doves curse)

Also you can probably tell by all the windows that Tide likes light :I
