I had been working on different characters designs and welp, I wanted to draw a recent character I made a while ago. Tbh I already thought of making them months ago but I never had a clear idea of their design and OH BOI, it was difficult to come up with. But Im happy with the end result.He still doesn't have a name, but he is basically an administrator of files with identities. He basically has the files of all humans that are alive and dead.
