Rouge is probably my favorite part of the recent Sonic stuff, and not just because of her figure. I have a strong affinity for tough, independent women, and she certainly qualifies.
That she's pretty cute for a bat-girl doesn't hurt.

The Saturday AM (SatAM, the 90's ABC version) just was released on DVD. There is also always youtube.

That's a very general question XD I can't recall the guy's name at the moment since my insane Sonic fandom has ebbed drastically since its highpoint. I'm sure you could find someone who knows pretty easily, though!
