She wears all the flowers as a way of showing beauty , same for the leaves
She , Blue and Yellow are the soon to be Starclan police
Actually ......
~I have a new head cannon that for each clan there are three to four cats get t decide who ends where, like how Ashfur has a scar wound after death, dispite being in Starclan . And they usually consist of a leader , deputy and a med cat, sometimes a senior warrior ?

hmmmmmmmmmmmm i always thought that if for example Ashfur dies, scene his a thunderclan cat all thunnderclan's starclan cats vote if he should or shouldn't join starclan sooo its like a voting thing 
and even if the starclans cats votes yes but the cat himself doesn't want to join starclan then its his/hers own choice.
