This is my favourite picture EVER, because:
1) Roy and Riza are ADORABLE and look so happy! and
2) This is pretty much my boyfriend and me, including the animal on the bed. We even look kinda like Roy and Rizu. So every time I look at this picture, I think about us, and then I'm very happy. ^o^

It's been pretty obvious all along, but c'mon, there was Edwin, but what I wanted was Royai.

And I've always thought of it as 100% canon. I did want to see more too, Like I wished Arakawa had gave them more cute moments or maybe a kiss. Or maybe Roy could have promised to marry her when he becomes fuhrer at the end. But thats just not Arakawa's style. She strongly hinted at the two being a couple through the whole series. It wasnt loud and in your face but it was there and when Roy and Riza had there moments they were cute. And at the end she didnt have the propose because of ( 'O.O well of course the frat laws) and I think she felt maybe it wasnt need because there relationship is stronger than that. At the end she did say the went of alone together to fix ishval. Was I happy with the ending for them and there relationship through the whole book? Yes. Do I also wish there was more from them? Yes.
But on the account of wanting to see more Royai isnt that what doujinshis are for. Pshh! >U<
Anyway sorry for the super long rant. Royai is my OTP! 
Oh also I wanted to say! I love your Oc! Im usually not a huge fan of OC X a Canon character but I love yours she just so cute! And your art style is also wonderfully developed and very cute! It's reminiscent of Arakawa's but different and awesome in its own way! I can't wait to see more of your Oc! Keep up the great work!

Too much fluff would've been out of place, since it's shonen we're talking about, but there ARE ways. No, he shoul've promised to make her his first lady, or something along those words, I'm pretty sure it would've been very fitting.
But also, that wasn't necessary, there were pictures at the end.... BUT they didn't have to be all from the exact same year c'mon, we all know they can't get together until one of them leaves the military, but they could've made it so they looked older so it was obvious that it took more time.

Yay I would have like him promise to make her first lady but I still dont think thats Arakawa but way back in the earlier volumes Grumman says to Roy something like "Would you make my granddaughter your future first lady?" he was totally talking about Riza there so meh who knows...
I would have likes to see more too... And I wasnt a huge fan of the picture thing it would have been cooler to see a picture of Roy and Riza from farther ahead. But still I was happy with the end. I believe they were a couple through the whole series and I think Arakawa hinted at there marriage once Roy accomplishes his goal.. Just my opinion though
And OH! I love the doujinshi you are working in I cant wait to read more!
