No recipe this time because... I didn't use one. lolI've been watching Top Chef Masters and Chopped lately, and I find the "on-the-fly" nature of the shows so inspiring (along with the creations, of course!).
Said inspiration + a fresh-picked crop of raspberries from my garden led to this: simple pie crust rounds folded over a filling of juicy red raspberries, chopped pistachios, lemon zest, lemon juice, a sprinkling of sugar and a pinch of salt.

raspberries = officially the most delicious berry ever.
I really admire people who can just bake or cook without a recipe! it must take a lot of experience to reach that level.
