I know it's kinda early, but I was inspired... Though it still took ages to get myself to actually finish it.

Pikapika and Debbie in their lovely formal attire. And no, their not each other's dates. Pikapika is just very anti-social and doesn't want to be there. But Debbie forces her into a dress and to the dance. As you can see, Pikapika is not too impressed. Debbie, on the other hand, is very excited and happy to be there =^-^=

It's strange, bad tempered, anti-social and distant Pikapika and kind hearted, sweet, caring and somewhat dim Debbie are such good friends. But I like that sort of pairing. Though both Deb and Pika (reluctantly) are avaliable, and are lovers but not together exactly. Best friends. Pikapika would only do this for Debbie.

I have no idea if the PCA will have a specific BG for the formal, but I chose autmn colours, plus stars and splarkes and lights =^-^=
