I added the colour halftone via Photoshop.
I added the layer on top of the drawing where I put in gradient of colours, switch it to Overlay and lower the opacity down. Then I clicked onto the Filter > Pixelate > Colour Halftone. It would show different channels and max radius so you can mess around with it until you're satisfied with it!
