Description
Quick and easy icon tutorial for PhotoShop, possibly translatable if your program has selective coloring or something similar. Essentially, you'll be able to take any old base image and brighten it with a washed out blue tone and heightened red tones for vibrancy.Alright, so I wasn't as specific with the details in this one like I have been in previous ones, so menu locations for filters and adjustment layers in PS aren't listed, so look them up if you're unsure.
Also, only use adjustment layers when I say "adjustment layer." The first steps are all done on the specfic layers, using Ctrl+U.
If you have any questions or concerns, please post them here. Comments of any nature are greatly appreciated! I'd also love to see your results, so please post them!

Reposting is allowed, as along as credit and/or a linkback is given. Do not rip. If you wish to use any of the listed icons, please tell me and I'll provide it to you.
