This doodle would actually be of the first in the series of my "Ballet/Ballerina Doodles", but in respect of choosing post chronology rather than my starting on them. This one does come after the other two.Sadly I could not find an earlier state of this one either.
I can not directly pinpoint this to a choreography as too many aspects differ to what I can defend as artistic interpretation... None the less the pose as is doe shave a "Carmen/Don Quichot" influence.
I confess that I have not achieved such anatomical brilliance nor a challenge with this one to compare the earlier two.
But as much as I liked the pointe on the earlier I failed to set the impossible pose of a ballerina (Impossible is relative here. We know all too well that there are many ballerinas accomplishing outstanding leg/ankle distortions mimicking elegance).
That was more what my concentration here. And please do add also into account that none of these have been able to take over a day of my time. They were intended as practices but ended up looking not that bad.
