I do love myself a pulse rifle. There may be hundreds of guns in fiction that call themselves pulse rifles, but the M41 will forever be THE pulse rifle.

This is meant to be a kinetic weapon with bustfire that feels kinda like a caricature of an M16. This just made sense.

The ol' Pulse Rifle, it's a personal favorite of mine, though I have never designed a gun that reflected its unique and rugged style.
