Description Yeah, the Captain is huge in that last panel. But that's only because he's larger than life. When you're as manly as Captain Supernova, it takes three times the woman to keep up.

Here's a list of all the video game references in this comic:
-God Hand (Freak characters that would get rejected even at anime conventions, freedom from plot development, the "Ha- HA!" taunt, and of course, ball-busting action. )
-Viewtiful Joe (Heroic hand gestures whenever possible. )
-Metal Gear Solid (Incoherent plot, neck snapping. )
-Phoenix Right (Lawyers with superpowers)
-Elite Beat Agents (HEEEEEEELP! )
-Devil May Cry (Style meter that goes from D to S. )
-Super Smash Bros (The Knee. )

Thanks to all who read this.

So, I showed Supernova around campus the other day, and I got an awful lot of positive reactions.

The member of my Graphic Novel course who spends a lot of time on the Internet called it "hilarious" and "perfect." He laughed out loud several times while reading it and was highly impressed by the concept of "ballistic litigation."

Another classmate verbally exclaimed "Oh s**t" upon reading about how The Prosecutioner's marital duties had been outsourced.

Two of my classmates who were heavily into gaming heavily enjoyed it. One said she thought it was simply awesome, and the other mentioned how it reminded her of Phoenix Wright.

Everyone else I showed it to had a goofy smile on their faces after they finished.

So despite what any lack of comments might suggest, it looks like Supernova is capable of hitting some key demographics.

Glad to see the effort was worth it. I was especially shaky on that page with the Ballistic Litigation, so I'm relieved to see it turned out fine. (I mean, come on. The pages are all BLANK when he first sends them out. And we never even see where they fly, we just have to assume they made it to Midas Chairman's desk. )

I'm definitely too young for this product. D: I can't handle the REAL BALL-BUSTING ACTION yet...

Nice job. XD I'm quite happy for Jess. May she be inspired to fight crime herself. Sidekick? >o> XD

Captain Supernova once went to the Virgin Islands. They are now simply "the islands."

Captain Supernova once spat off the top of the Empire State Building. There were no survivors.

The sun is so scared of Captain Supernova, it has to stay 93 million miles away just to shine on him.

I got the Phoenix Wright references, I should have seen the DMC ones, though. P:

Good job, as per usual!

Yeah, what with the style meter and scantily-clad companions, I thought it would've been obvious.

'Tis a fitting end to a fantastic project. I love how the last panel completely sums up Captain Supernova's persona. Huge muscles, hot chicks, and an all-Amairican beach with the Amairican/Supernova flag flying in the background. The Supernova handgesture in the flag cracks me up. It's so weird, yet so RIGHT.

I dunno about you, but this was a ton of fun for me. There's just something immensely satisfying about seeing my ideas drawn in actual, non-stick art.

Very interesting writing, Dras. XD Will there be more Dras/Blanke projects in the future?

This is actually a spin-off of a bigger project.

If I can convince Blanke to go along with my innate absurdity for a little longer, then you can count on it.
