When you said the bullets were sown into the fringe, i thought you meant like. A PART OF THE COAT. That would not be a very effective use of bullets.

I think I made it too busy and it was a bit rushed so I will try for better in the future but otherwise it's ok.

That has got to be the gnarliest cartoon burger I have ever seen. Not that it doesn't look totally deli-waidaminnet are those anal beads under the patty??
I think if you make the title there brighter (like really vibrant popping colors) and the dark lines around the letters bolder it should be fine. The white background in the corner kinda bugs me (it could be dark instead) but it might be a personal bias.

The composition problem could easily be fixed with a different color scheme, something like desaturated colors to most of the pic, and have the sparkling bacons and meat being super colorful like this

I agree with sixtem about the focus issue. Although, I do find my focus being drawn to one spot (whether that's intended or not) and that's the burger. Part of it is the lines of the arm leading up towards it, and part of it I think is because the colors (reds/pinks especially) really stick out relative to the rest of the image. Because of this, I hardly noticed the title at the bottom, since my attention was moved in the opposite direction -- it took a second glance back to realize that the full title was "Breakfast of Champions" and not just "Breakfast"

Pretty damn awesome cover. I'm loving the details. And I'd love to own those fat man and little boy pins.
Biggest problem I see in this is you're having major issues with focus. I'm not quite sure where to look. It isn't so bad since there's some interested details no matter where I look, but it is a little confusing where to look. I'm not even really compelled to read the title, which is a bit of a problem.
Maybe having some of the title at the top and bottom to frame it would work better. Some of the colors are more eye catching than others, and there's no real rhyme or reason to it, so that may be happening, too.
Regardless of all that, though, this looks interesting as hell, and makes me wanna read it, so it did its job.
