I’ve been asked to make tutorials a lot in the recent months, and the reason for me NOT doing it: I have a hard time breaking down my own sketches. A lot of my sketches flow naturally, don’t a lot of steps or even sketches lines to be honest. Over my time as an artist //14+ years// I’ve come to just freehand my sketch then line on top of it.
Last night I was helping a friend with some anatomy issues, they asked me for possible tips and suggestions with a 3/4th View they made. I ended up making this after helping them out. My best friend LilahDraws struggles heavily with front facing images, and was at the time with me when I was helping my other friend out over discord. Lilah has suggested I try and break down my sketches to show her how I do front view.
Well I managed it. This was done on my phone last night while I was unable to reach my work station. I apologize for the quality, but I hope this helps you guys out. I know a lot of artists, both new and pretty high up that STILL struggle with simple things like this view or even bent legs.
