Description A sequel to my older drawing The Puppet [link] which was hanged on my sister's wall. She wanted this one for herself, so I let her chose the colors.

This was drawn back in February actually, but I never had time to color this. I've finally got my hand on drawing again and here it is My wrist is better but still hurts a bit trying to color this one

I've mostly used my new Derwent Inktense pencils with water. They are awesome! Very bright and easy to apply, better than watercolor pencils.

Oh my gosh.... The background is simply amazing!!!
Is totally different to all, but is very adapt!
I looooove her dress, so colorful! The skirt is amazing!

The colours and effects you got from these pencils is amazing. I love all the swirls and the Dotted Swiss fabric feel of her dress. The patterns on her "wings" is beautifully rendered. And all that hair! the highlights are nicely done, and make it so it's not one mash of curls and purple. The background looks a bit stormy,I don't know if that is on purpose. It does help not to clash with the colours though.
