Description
Finally I've kicked myself into gear and do some digital art. I Mostly did this to practice, experiment with gradients and other coloring techniques, of one following Shinerai's tutorials too. I wouldn't say that I'm 100% proud with the results... but meh, it'll do. Still a lot of techniques and in other areas of digital art to practiceAnyways, Thanks for viewing

Photoshop CS6 and a mouse, no tablet used.

Unrecorded, Started with this 2 weeks ago and worked on this every free little time i could spare

LOL yeah! its not easy keeping the mouse smooth especially for line-work. Feels like the work is taking forever.. hence why there isn't that many art in my gallery. I have tons of sketches aside waiting to be scanned and traced digitally for coloring which i will get to eventually. Thanks!

I know! A laptop with pen and/or touch capability like I use now will really speed things up. But that you can do such wonderful work with a mouse shows your skills! Bravo!

Oh, this is beautiful. I love how her feathers seem to glow.
And I do like how you were able to use layers to show that she is furred and feathered. Not just used a tacky brush to simulate texture.

jip, playing with gradients is fun ... and layering feathers is your best friend when you don't have the luxury of a tablet haha!
