Nice idea! It's very creative. It would be possible to make the "blank face" more realistic in various ways: 1. reveal anatomically correct tissues and/or some bone (a lot of work to get it right), or (2) take a photo of some skin on your back and Photoshop it onto your face such that it looks seamless (relatively easy if you can get someone to photograph your back for you). Of course, I suppose that's not the real point of the image...
In any case, I like the idea. Again, having the face on the right be as in focus as the face on the left would be good too--but I shouldn't be so technically picky and just appreciate the concept...

it was a first try ... my more recent attempts at compilation have come out cleaner ... i want to retry this one but i also keep the original as a reminder that i can get better with edits...
