Description
This is Maggrot. He's a "fakemon". I decided it was time that I put in my two cents for the goodness of pokemon and what's happening to it's lack of creativity. With that said, here's Maggrot. The Maggot pokemon, Maggrot is seen around dark damp areas, usually waiting for its next meal. He is a Bug/ Ghost type.Related content

Thank you! I feel that when pokemon originally came out they had a lot of neat monsters that no one had ever seen. When I start seeing monsters like Drifloon, and how they are combining pokemon it seems they aren't using much creativity. They do still have quite a bit of original monsters being produced, just not as many as they used to. I feel that a lot of fans have creative concepts that would and could be used as real pokemon. Just a personal thing.

Every generation has more and less creative monsters. I think Gyarados, Gengar and Victreebel were really creative. Electrode, Ninetales and Onix, not so much.

XD Love it. I think it could be "bug / ghost or dark". As a humble suggestion making the last stage in this bugs evolution be called "Scarath" Scarab-Wrath. Species - Malevolent Bug pokemon, Description - Known as the most aggressive bug pokemon it tends to skulk around attacking when it seeing an opening. Ether way I am open for chatting if you want. Keep up the good work.

Well for a start, elephants are my fave, so this is a cool idea for a starter. If you are using photoshop to color instead of using the dodge and burn use three different colors, dark color, middle color, and light color for the apperance. With each layer of color assign a new layer and smudge it. It is also best to make a black frame so it is solid, in other words, draw it on paper, use a inking pen (or fine point sharpy) and the lines so they are bold enough for the computer to easily pick up the sections of each color.
