Commish for ~Going into more of the deep lore! Nick ( www.deviantart.com/bigtimbears… ) and Gridmon ( www.deviantart.com/bigtimbears… ) are 's OCs and part of the original commission, they'll be more relevant down the line in the story.
Besides White Fang, I wanted to show the Hofstadters ( www.deviantart.com/blueike/art… ) as being part of the deep lore also, ...partially because I hadn't done anything with Poindexter in a while, but also because he's my oldest Digimon character besides Dan, so the two are pretty heavily connected, (despite Points being Izzy's rival). I actually debated on Gramps' Zone of origin, but decided to keep it being Ver. S, the game his Scientist Hacker design originated from, and while Poindexter and Bika's Zone of origin is unknown, technically they are descendants of Ver. S.
Gramps' younger self has a bit of Dr. Wily and Dr. Tenma, but with his hair being blue-ish, I realized I accidentally threw in some Rick Sanchez... He's not Rick, despite being something of a troll, I want to make that clear. Even as a younger man, he already has a robot arm, so Gramps already is shown having a long history with Digimon... Double checking Ver. S. stuff, I saw he had a Monzaemon as a partner, and had I thought of it sooner, there might have been a mid-boss fight with Monzaemon in upcoming pages. Another time maybe. In this context, Mechanorimon is his partner, and is what Andromon used to be before Gramps rebuilt and upgraded him.
