Desc: Miracle is an incredibly rude person, make one mistake and she’ll never let you forget it. When it comes to Grey, she is especially rude, she knows of the incident and was one of the people who spoke to the victims. She knows of the carnage and considers Grey a danger, a monster. Someone that Sydney is constantly at risk being with. She would tear her apart if she had the chance.
Another thing Miracle deals with, is her sister. Roseberry. Her sister is considered a traitor and Miracle agrees with them. Everyone, including Miracle, keeps a close eye on her. They have never gotten along because of this “issue” that Roseberry has. And Miracle wouldn’t care if that “issue” somewhat got Roseberry killed.
She almost wishes that it will.

*INFORMATION OF THE RADIO COLLAR*
The radio collar also works as a shock collar. It can only be taken off by a higher up, once they are put on they can't be taken off by the wearer. Doing so, will set off an electric shock- repeated offends can end in death; as the voltage gets stronger each time. The radio/shock part is ALWAYS set on the front of the neck.
Depending on how lenient the higher up is, there can be more people without these collars or everyone wears them at all time. For Miracle, she and others can take theirs off if they ask. But, if they leave and don't come back; they are hunted and killed.
