Description
Another cyborg study, loosely based on and designs.
Developing my characters a little further, I try to establish their background: like I said before, this scientist seeks to test her theories on herself (something like a "statement of faith"), and here we see the moment when she wakes up from the procedure that completely turned her into a cyborg, while her assistants, also cyborgs, look on in amazement (and relief).
"I can't believe! It worked! I'm alive!"
"That's wonderful, Doctor! You got it!"
"I got it! I can see! I can move! I can talk! I'm thinking! I'm alive!"
Despite the success of the physical conversion, it's evident that these cyborgs are more human than they have ever been in their lives...
