Amazing picture that both Sai and Gimp created.. Well if you want to get factual.. I drew it but those two programs made it look this amazing. I enjoyed drawing Blue as an Insane hybrid... No this is no vent, it just was heavily inspired by a few cold or blood lusted themed songs.
She was going to wear her mad hatter top hat but, I just couldn't draw it the way I wanted to so... I might draw another "Mad" Blue with her hat so you lot could see what I'm talking about.
