Sexy usage of your curves, baby! I love the shadows... the mirror is just such an impact. It brings one's eyes away from the actual specimen to the duplication... and I wonder what you're trying to say with this piece of work.

Is that seriously blue though? Thought its more like purple.

Very sexy and it's interesting how the exact image is rendered in the smaller frame. I was wondering how you did that, until I realise that it's not a straight photo. I love the color tones, though it's drifting a bit into the purple side.

This is very different from your other work but I like it. But as ~sags said, the frame could be made to stand out less. Also the area of blue showing through over your "reflection" looks wrong.

The tones are wonderful, and the capture of yourself within the blueness is very creatively composed. Nice shadow and light, love this, it's tasteful and well done.

Of course I love Magritte and can see the connection. I love the clarity and simplicity of this.
Very striking.
What I understand from sag's comment is that the frame (because of its colour) jumps to the foreground it is stronger than you standing in front of it. could be experienced as a contradiction.
But since you are quoting Magritte it is entirely possible that this is deliberate because in Magritte what is where, what is and what isn't and what seems to be. You know what I mean!

Now you really must call yourself ,,, just "BLUE".

Love the delicate details of the curtains that remains.

But think you should soften the "mirror frame".

A REAL BLUE, BLUE ONE.
