CatBot is just...CatBot. He's a cat robot, more specifically known as Felinus Roboticus 3000.

He's part of an inside joke with my group of friends, but he's still my character. He lives with me and my friends and was made by Tails. Yes. The Sonic character. Tails doesn't know how he got here either. This entire thing is a shitpost.
Catbot is..well, a cat. He's prideful and loves being praised. He prefers to hang out with my friends and I rather than Tails because Tails once said he made few mistakes in making him and that CatBot wasn't perfect. CatBot was immediately offended and decided he liked us more, even though we constantly annoy him.

He has a somewhat normal voice, though its higher pitched and robotic. Due to the few mistakes Tails made while building him, he sometimes resorts to a text-to-speech voice and also dial-up noises.

While CatBot's current body was being built, he actually had a Prototype body, which was simply made of an empty soup can, popsicle sticks, a small cardboard box, and a pipecleaner tail. We occasionally transfer him to that body if we're traveling and need to take him somewhere. How does it actually work? Eh. Magic or whatever.
