New stock, bubbles! You can buy it as a premium content for comercial or personal use, can see the rules in the file. The file include: the stock image with two brushes (simple bubble and varied sizes and dispersed bubbles).
I did it in Photoshop CS6, I didn't test the brushes in other versions. Say me if you have a problem!
