Frequently Asked Questions

What is the pricing for a custom preset?

Depending on the complexity of your character's design, the cost of a preset can rage from 5.00$ - 10.00$ + (USD funds), that is without any additional purchases like glowing markings, scrolling markings, transparency, mane, etc. When you order a design, I tell you its exact price.

Do you accept Points or PayPal?

I don't accept points, now that they lost their worth. I'm unable to convert them into real money, therefore I only accept PayPal in USD funds. Due to PayPal taking fees per transaction, 9% of PayPal fee will be added to the total price of your preset.

What type of payment do you accept?

I accept payment upfront, only. I can wait a week before you send the money to me, but you need to understand that I will not work on your preset until the payment has been sent.

Can I pay in halves?

It's best if you send the whole payment at once, rather than paying in halves, because of PayPal taking fees from each transaction. However, you are allowed to pay in halves, but another 9% will be added to your total price.

Will you post my commissioned preset on your DeviantART gallery?

Of course, I post all of the commissioned presets on to my art gallery, as an example of my preset quality and what I am able to do.

Are you able to do very complex presets?

Yep, I can, and I can always try! I'm not afraid of making complex designs. x3

How long does it take you to make a preset?

I take a while, it can be usually from 1 - 3 weeks to finish a preset, it also depends on my weekly schedule. Sometimes I have busy weeks, and it can take me longer than usual to create a single preset. The reason I take longer to create a preset, is because I spend a lot of time on fixing, adding, and touching up a lot of details. I want you to be satisfied with your commission, to make it worth the waiting. <3

Will I receive W.I.P pictures of my preset?

Yes, of course! I will send you pictures of the progress I make, and hopefully I'll try to keep the updates coming in daily,
but again it depends on my schedule and how busy I am. However, I'll make sure the progress is worth the wait. ;3

How can I order a preset?

If you would like to order a commission slot from me, you'd need to fill out a 'Payment Form' (commission form), and send it to me either on the Feral-Heart forum via Private Message or on DeviantART through a note. I honestly prefer DA, because I am more active on it.

How do I send money?

It's very simple,

Log in to your PayPal account.

Click "Send money" at the top of the page.

Type in the PayPal address (I will give it to you once you order), and the amount of being sent.

Click "Next".

Review and confirm the information on the screen and click "Send"
