"Let me colourize your world
Your sun is grey and mine is gold

Two of the opposites collide, each one reveals a different side

Like two reflections in the water, intertwining into one

Being the shadow of the other, a brand new chapter had begun

Together waiting for a sign, but both too afraid to cross that line

Lured to meet at the perfect time, separated by distance as if it were a crime...

Where to now?

Is there a way out?

If so, then how?

Please, say it out loud

If only it were in my power, I'd send you a fluttering messenger

To bring luck at your darkest hour, noticed from afar by all who are passing her

When days reluctantly fade into aching nights,

She'd clear the skies, shimmering as the northern lights

If the Earth overfills, becoming too bright,

The lucky wings settle, and dims the blinding flash of white...

In silence, wings flickering ever so slightly

Enjoying the stillness of peace

Resemblance, of a candle burning as calmly

Soothing those dark, profound eyes with ease

Magic rekindles, hope has awakened

At the sound of glistening azure chimes

Meeting its fate at world's very end

To cherish those moments for the rest of my life..."

I finally created an idea I've been carrying in my mind since November. LOL Based on a conversation I had with some friends, I got inspired to draw a half greyscale / half coloured illustration, specifically for two people. Because I thought it would fit them very well. Hopefully... my intuition was right! 😂
