"An endless forest, thought to have grown everfrozen
Captured in cold serenity, no longer able to weep

Flesh of wood coated with ice conceals deep emotion
Those trees hadn't died, they've simply fallen asleep

A gray wolf wanders through the heart of the woods
He walks and walks, lost in the fathomless dark

Faded pawprints weave between curled, mighty roots
Trees... So much lies beneath that damaged bark

Moths swoop in, seeking for an open door
They lead him towards first blooms of spring

Where the forest breathes from its very core
And you remember how loud birds could sing

Where snow had melted into a running stream
And leaves dressed the branches with a deep green

He wanders even further to find his hidden dream,
This winter won't be eternal, you will find your spring."
