"I used to waste my time and day,just wishing for the sorrow to wash away
A lost soul trapped in this realm,
making endless circles in despair
Waiting to be found and helped...
My hopeless fate is beyond repair...
The world was left for me to roam, uninspired, I'm all alone
A heart was a place I used to call my home,
until a wound had scarred it ill
Crystalized now in a solid, icy dome
So naive... Deceived into thinking it was real
Yet, how strange, something penetrated the dome of ice
Without a warning, without a sign
It almost felt divine
Feeling warmth, it's unimaginably pure
Is this a sickness, or a cure?
Now I'm merely reminded of the spark,
at times letting go the pain
It finds me in the shadows, in the dark
And even in the pouring rain..."

I may be late, but at least fashionably. x'DD November always gets me in a setting of rain and gloomy weather, no matter where I am.
It was a first attempt at something more original, but of course the woman was inspired by old movies I used to watch as a kid. The whole 'rain' experiment was also a nice challenge. Overall, I'm very proud of the final illustration. ^^
