Description After the video transcript I will post further details on what to do.

UV editor and materials pane.

The reference .blend model is heremediafire.com/download/596rwdq… pass is tutorial

Begin Video Transcript.
Expand the right tool bar by clicking on the edge and dragging it.

At the top left of this tool bar is a box. Click it and select "UV/Image Editor.

An image or lines will appear. Click the border just below View and select, then drag it down to half way.

Put the curser back to the mesh view and press "A" to select everything.

Zoom in on the right image and you will see the model's total UV map.

Click Image just below this then select Open image.

For this model's body texture select t003.bmp.

The image should zoom in so put your cursor over the image and scroll out with the scroll wheel.

This is a representation of how the textures are drawn onto the model.

This area represents the private area we created earlier.

Scroll in on it. You will see that the vagina created is outside the colored area it supposed to be in.

To fix this, select the UV points you wish to correct. This is easiest to do with border select. Press "B" key in the UV area and a cross will appear. Click and drag over the area you wish to move. The selected UV will become orange. Click "G' key to move them.

Move them to the colored area. Now the colored area should be where the vagina begins on your model.

If you wished to detach a part of the UV from another then disable selection mode.

If you have a model with multiple materials, then you can use the materials pane to select a single or more materials.

This concludes the first part of tutorials. I will put this mesh up for download in .blend format.

Good luck.
End Video Transcript.

Export the model like I showed in tutorial 4. Open the original model in pmdeditor and delete the body and other parts you don't want. Then import the blender pmd/pmx by dragging it onto the pmdeditor window. Select the second option and the model will be updated. In the materials tab, the blender-edited materials will be at the bottom. Go to these materials and give them the textures, spas, shininess, etc that they should have for the body.
