wow, you are amazing. last thing i painted was a fish. and it was NOTHING comapared to this. most excellent job. *^-^* i love that painting, it's beautiful, again MOST excellent. n_n

The atmosphere of the piece is perfect, and you did a great job of keeping the style uniform. In addition, the colors that you use mesh very well together.

Wolves in general are hard to capture, particularly faces, so I commend you for the job you did with this one. However, here the face would probably be the focal point, but since it is a little vague, it disappears into the rest of the composition just a tadd. Anatomy wise, the eyes appear to be just a tiny bit too close together. The left eye looks perfect, the right one a little off. What may be happening here, though, is that the left eye is slightly smaller and clearer than the right, thus making the right seem different. The same goes for the face in general - the left side is much more defined than the right.

Otherwise, however, I reiterate that I love the feeling this composition exudes, and I like the technique a lot. Very nice .

Let me tell you something about painting. I can't. So I got mucho respect for ya! Great job. I like the colors you used. Can feel the cold. The title matches that feeling as well.
