Description This is just a small finger meditation spiral. Have you ever been to a real one? They're cool. There's one in San Francisco at this cathedral. You can walk through the whole thing. By the time you get to the middle, you're relaxed and calm.

hmmm...we passed it at the top of a hill on our way to the cable car museum *which is way cooler than it sounds* the huge hill that goes up from the museum has the church on it. I should look it up on a map lol

lol no, no, no. the one i have is a finger version of the large one. I think it originates in ireland or scotland. I can't remember what the huge one is actually called
