I traced a picture of a metrocop. Now it is my spray in Gmod and such
It's transparent ingame.

How did you make it transparent in-game? I can never figure out how to do that.

You make it transparent using alpha maps. There's plenty of tutorials on how to do it with freeware programs (Like with paint.net here [link] )
