So I made a base. Technically, it's not my first base, but it's my first base in my style. Developing style. Thing. Whatever.

No longer P2U. Tis now free.

This base is as follows:
-MS Paint Compatible. It was made in Paint, so that is the only version.
-Wings/horn options. As you can see, they're already on the base, so you're gonna have to fill them in or take them off.
-Eyelash option. Hard to see here, but they are removable. Just fill them in the body color/outline color and poof! gone.

Rules:
You can use this for lots of stuff; OCs, Gifts, Adoptables.
I'd prefer you didn't use it for commissions.
Don't repost the blank base.
