Why am I still awake?No one should be up at this
hour. It's unnatural.
This always happens but,
why?
No one else is up,
all I hear is the timeless
clock ticking away the hours.
No matter what I
do,
I just can't fall asleep.
I'm so comfortable that I
feel uncomfortable. I'm
frustrated and my muscles
are tense. Wouldn't
you
just go mad? I try
to sleep a often as
possible because I want
to escape time.
Haunt me
if you must, but I'll
find a way to occupy my mind.
I can't let my thoughts get to
me. Sometimes I feel
so
lost in this world. And
I wonder how I manage
to function.
