Another quality image from cinema 4D via boomsoft.

My suggestions for this one (if you cared about my suggestions, anyway) number three:

1:The tire texture... It isn't doing its job. It looks grainy, or wrong, or a little too gray. Add more dark there.

2: On the very middle of the car door, the reflection stretches. Since the rest of the glossy finish gives a straightforward mirror-like reflection, this small plate of reflection(on the back door, I believe) stands out like a sore tire. You should either add a little curving to the car model or add a little mesh-smooth to the rest of the car.

3: The Reflection in the car itself. It's... It's rather bland. I can tell you put effort into the car, but the car is a mirror, and if no effort is put into what it is mirroring, your essence is lost. Spice things up a little bit. Definitely alter the castle. Right now, it looks like it's a blank wall that goes nowhere. add a gargoyle, some different styled stones for the corners, trim, roofing, turrets, something to make it different than a bland wall. While you're at it, do something with the wall in front of the car. You put effort into maybe thirty or so individual bricks, but I can still see the texture repeating (that little smudge or mold at the very top and bottom is visible even in the mirrored car) Add a tree, a person, or both. Maybe position the person in front of the car at an angle where he will be seen in the reflection as well. the dimming daylight sky is beautiful, but still bland, like your wall.
