The WiFi on the hotel works wonders!! So luckily I can stay active for the week :>This is a piece I made a couple days back just before I got on the plane, I uploaded it to Instagram and I'm gonna upload it to Tumblr too I think. Depends
I reallyreally like it tbh, eventhough I have no clue how ribcages work I think I got the effect down kinda good.
It looks like vent art but it's not! I've always wanted to draw something with Mitch and his internal Pyro abilities, since his appearance only looks Shapeshifter-y and those are the powers he always uses. I feel like his Pyro side sometimes shows itself like this whenever he gets emotional or stressed, and he can't control it. Clearly, he dislikes it since he thinks his Pyro side is a flaw and he hasn't had the time to grow up among his people to tell him it's okay to be mixed. Without that support and being surrounded by strangers who dislike his kind he's tried to hide it the best he can. Though hopefully, with his new space-family and lost memories, they'll help turn that around for him and give him a new chance. :>
I'm working on the Pyro sheet as we speak, so his abilities will be developed more in the future.

Waaaah this is so cool!!! ;w; I've tried to draw that glow-behind-the-ribs effect before, it's so hard to pull off--looks great, though! I hope he can come to peace with his powers...
