It's tough to get the same feel for multiple photos. As the first one directly relates a lollipop to a cigarette, this one relates gummies to prescription pills. This isn't a bad photo but it doesn't convey the concept as well as the first. While most people would immediately associate smoke with a cigarette, what does one associate with prescription pills? A prescription bottle? The sedation from the pills(which is what you seem to convey here)?

It's hard to say what can be done to improve this. I'd argue to use an actual prescription bottle for added emphasis, and, as with the first of the series, focus on the act of taking the drug.
