You need to install Logon Studio first. It's a free logon changing program and you can get it here:
[link]
Once you have it installed, doubleclick on the Blueberry Ridge II.logonxp file and it will self install and open the Logon Studio window and show in the list of available logons. Just click "apply" and you're done.
If you use Internet Explorer, sometimes it will change the extension of the file from .logonxp to .zip. You can either rename it back to .logonxp and doubleclick it, or unzip it and put the Southbound folder in C:/Program Files/Wincustomize/Logon Studio.
Then when you open Logon Studio it will be in the list of logons.
