Well, it looks like a person sitting on some tree logs while being long time exposure about 8 seconds which captured small movement while the area around it staying still so that the person gets blurred.

There is nothing else I could interpret into it, so I was hoping you could tell me the intend of your picture, because it doesn't work for me. Some of your other long exposure pictures, however, look pretty good, but I can't make sense of this one.
