Yay City of Heroes! You have the best character creator ever. Nifty is currently an illusion/storm controller, but I made a gravity/energy dominator version of her earlier this evening. Her dominator bio reads: "The human brain can only really develop through problem solving. I create the problems; it's up to you to solve them. Think of it as a favor to humanity." I thought it was cool when I wrote it, but I bet I'll change my mind after I've slept on it!Made entirely in Photoshop CS in about six hours over the course of three days.

You have to write a tutorial on how you got the sleek looking lines around the edge because whenever I try it looks like I outlined it with a large black marker.
