I kinda see this as a sky-jacking heist gone awry, and Karny having to just grab that heavy money sack and bail from a falling plane. I mean, we’ve all been there, right? But fortunately, his juvenile delinkitywink swoops in with plan-B, holding out his hand, “Grab on, Cap!” Though in hindsight, Kit might not have realized the gravity (bum-bum-ching!) of their situation. Hold on, kiddo!

As usual, everything’s done with screen grabs from various episodes, not hand drawn. I was looking for something to do with that awesome pose of Karny’s; my first choice was him swinging on the rope with Kit beside him in a badass airfoil pose, but searching all of Kit’s cloudsurfing scenes I couldn’t quite find what I was looking for there. I certainly don’t regret how it evolved, though. And it seems about right that the captain doesn't appear to be the least bit concerned over Kit's ability to hold on to that rope, but moreover how excited he is just to have gotten away with the loot.
