I've bee working on and off for making another villain character and finally, I think we have one.

This is Blanche (27), an ex-hero turned villain and Twice's to-be bride. Like Todoroki, Blanche has two quirks: Bleach and Ammonia. She's able to secrete these chemicals from her body and when combined together, they make a toxic gas. To avoid burning her herself and others, she wears long gloves and a full-body suit. Due to the bleach in her system, anything she wears soon bleaches and loses color over time. Even though she's fully covered, she's more comforted when people touch her wearing gloves.

Basically Twice can touch all he wants and not have to worry about a burn.
